Krystle Ong

Krystle is an LA-native passionate about fitness and believes variety is the spice of life, incorporating yoga, spin, boxing, hiking, running, and crossfit to her active lifestyle.
Although she began practicing yoga at the age of 15, it wasn’t until the summer of 2014 where she took full advantage of being an unemployed college-grad and practiced yoga every single day (sometimes twice a day) that she found an affinity for arm balances and inversions and fell in love with both the physical and mental benefits of yoga. She completed her yoga teacher training in March 2015 under Noah MazĂ©.

Fun fact: She is 100% plant-fueled (vegan)!
