Why do we offer training in the martial arts here at Vault? It’s simple! It offers high intensity training, variety, and challenging workouts, similar in some ways to CrossFit. However, learning martial arts provides you with a skill with each specific art form, in our case, Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jjitsu. Our classes are split up into warm up, technique drills, endurance training, and cool down. Be a well rounded athlete, get exposed and skilled in some martial arts during your time with us!
