Why do we offer Martial arts training here at Vault? It’s simple! It offers high intensity training, variety, and challenging workouts, similar in some ways to CrossFit. However, learning martial arts provides you with a skill with each specific art form, in our case, Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jjitsu. Our classes are split up into warm up, technique drills, endurance training, and cool down. Be a well rounded athlete, get exposed and skilled in some martial arts during your time with us!

The martial arts program is no exception. It is our strong belief that martial arts at Vault empowers our athletes with the knowledge and responsibility of self defense. Our instructors will teach you how and when to apply these skills and knowledge. Our athletes quickly appreciate how their physical abilities is much more aptly applied towards defense than inflicting harm onto others.
We are proud to offer two different types of martial arts programming:
1) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:
This discipline focuses more on grappling on the floor with no striking and is also a great way to increase your body’s mobility
2) Muay Thai:
This discipline focuses more on striking from an upright position with fluidity of kicks and punches, and is also a great way to increase your body’s cardiovascular endurance and core strength
